(4) Turn the pulley or coupling several times by hand, or turn on the power switch and try to turn it off. Check for abnormal noise and other unexpected situations, and pay attention to whether the flywheel rotation direction is correct.
(5) After careful inspection, it is considered that there is no problem, and the compressor can be started for trial operation.

(1) Check whether the solenoid valve is open (referring to the solenoid valve system). You can touch the solenoid valve coil shell by hand. If you feel heat and slight vibration, it indicates that the valve has been opened.
(2) Whether the pressure of the oil pump is normal, the oil pressure (referring to the difference between the outlet pressure of the oil pump and the suction pressure) should be 0.075～0.15MPa; if the new series of commercial refrigeration compressor uses a rotor type oil pump, it has an energy regulating device. The oil pressure should be 0.15～0.30MPa. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be adjusted. For the low oil pressure differential action test of the oil pressure relay, check whether the oil pressure relay can work when the oil pressure difference of the oil pump system is below the specified range.
(3) Pay attention to the temperature of the lubricating oil. Generally, it should not exceed 60°C (permissible condition is not more than 70°C), because too high oil temperature will reduce the viscosity of the lubricating oil and affect the lubrication effect: but the oil temperature should not be too low. If it is lower than 5°C, the viscosity is too large, which will also affect the lubrication effect.
