(1) Check again whether the exhaust valve of the display cooler is open.
(2) Observe the high and low pressure conditions. When the high and low pressures are unbalanced, open the balance valve (bypass valve of the suction filter) to balance the high and low pressures before closing the balance valve. (3) Start the oil pump, and start the screw refrigeration compressor after the oil pressure rises.
(4) Press the screw-type refrigeration compressor start button to start the main machine.
(5) The main engine starts and runs normally. After the indicator light is on, slowly open the suction valve and adjust the oil valve to the required energy position. It should not run without load for a long time.
(6) After the main engine is started, pay attention to the changes in oil pressure and various temperatures. If the local temperature changes drastically and there are abnormal sounds, stop immediately.
(7) The liquid supply operation sequence is the same as that after the piston refrigeration compressor is turned on.
(8) After 10 minutes to 30 minutes of startup, the exhaust gas temperature stabilizes at 60 to 90°C, and it is normal for the oil temperature to be around 40°C.
