There are two basic operation methods for taking fluorine and ammonia in the refrigeration system: one is to pour the liquid refrigerant directly into the steel cylinder, and its extraction part is selected between the liquid storage (or condenser) outlet valve and the throttle valve. The other way is to directly press the refrigerant into the cylinder in the form of superheated vapor, and at the same time force the cylinder to cool, so that the refrigerant superheated vapor entering the display cooler cylinder becomes liquid and stored in the cylinder , Its extraction location is selected at the discharge end of the compressor. Compared with the two methods, the former takes out the refrigerant faster, but it cannot extract thousands of nets; the latter has a slower extraction speed, but can exhaust the refrigerant in the system. The former is used for large-capacity refrigeration systems, and the latter is used for small-capacity refrigeration systems. No matter which method is used, the extraction principle is based on the pressure difference. In addition to the above-mentioned basic methods, for situations where refrigerant cannot be extracted due to the structural characteristics of the compressor (such as semi-hermetic or fully-hermetic), another compressor must be used to assist in the task of extracting refrigerant.
