Fault analysis: After power failure, remove the start supermarket refrigerated showcase relay and overload protector, measure the motor winding value from the compressor terminal, and find that the start winding is short-circuited. Need to carry out split shell repair.

　　 Troubleshooting: saw the supermarket refrigerated showcase compressor shell, check the stator winding. It was found that the outer part of the start winding had been burnt with two turns of wire, which were bonded together to form a short circuit. Cut the two turns of wire with pliers, 4 broken ends appear, plus the 2 heads of the start winding itself, there are 6 heads in total. Use a multimeter to find the respective head and tail, and connect the head and tail with the fluorine-resistant enameled wire of the supermarket refrigerated showcase of the same specification. There should be no burrs at the welding place, and each joint should be wrapped with a polycool film. Use a multimeter to measure the DC resistance of the starting winding. After the resistance is consistent with the normal value, you can bind the winding coils of the supermarket refrigerated showcase. When tying, separate the joints a bit, and do not touch other wires.
