(1) When opening and closing the cylinder valve, the operator should stand on the side of the valve and slowly open and close.

2. Transportation safety requirements
(1) Tighten the bottle cap, load and unload lightly, and strictly forbid slipping or impact.
(2) The steel cylinders should be properly fixed on the car, and should be arranged horizontally when transported by car, with the same direction, and the height of the car should not exceed the car side.
(3) Shading facilities should be provided in summer to prevent exposure to the sun.
(4) No fireworks, no people sitting in the car, and equipment to prevent ammonia leakage should be provided.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to transport in the same vehicle with oxygen cylinders, hydrogen cylinders and other flammable and explosive materials.
3. Safety requirements for storage
(1) The distance between display cases and other buildings is specified as: not less than 25 meters from factory buildings and not less than 50 meters from residential and public buildings.
(2) The display cases of the ammonia bottle warehouse should be a separate building with no lower than the second-class fire resistance level, the height from the ground to the lowest point of the roof should be no less than 3.2 meters, the roof should be a light structure, and the ground should be smooth and not slippery.
(3) There should be no open flames or other heating devices in the display cases.
(4) The display cases have good natural ventilation or mechanical ventilation equipment.
(5) Tighten the bottle cap, place it neatly, fix it properly, and leave a passage. Steel cylinders should not be stacked more than five layers, and accessories such as bottle caps and shock-proof rings must be intact.
(6) Ammonia cylinders are strictly prohibited to be stored in the same room with oxygen cylinders and hydrogen cylinders to avoid burnup and explosion. Fire and fire extinguishing equipment shall be installed nearby.
(7) It is forbidden to store cylinders containing ammonia in the machine equipment room. When storing steel cylinders temporarily, keep them away from heat and sunlight, and choose independent buildings with good ventilation and easy storage indoors.
