(3) Connect the cooling water pipe, submerge the walk-in cooler fluorine bottle in water, and stir the water (the water temperature cannot be higher than the condenser cooling water temperature) to reduce the pressure in the fluorine bottle.
(4) Open the fluorine bottle valve and gradually close the outlet valve of the condenser, then the Freon liquid enters the fluorine bottle under the action of the pressure difference. If it is difficult for the fluorine liquid to enter the fluorine cylinder, start the fluorine refrigeration system according to the normal startup procedure, turn off the condenser cooling water, and intentionally increase the pressure in the condenser. At this time, the fluorine refrigerant will quickly enter the fluorine cylinder. The volume requirement of each bottle is the same as that of ammonia.
(5) As the Freon in the system decreases, the high pressure decreases, so it will be very difficult to get fluorine at B. You can change to get fluorine at A. To take fluorine from point A, the opening of the compressor suction stop valve should be adjusted, and the discharge pressure should not exceed 0.98MPa.
(6) When the pressure in the low-pressure system is 0.098MPa, the refrigerant in the walk-in cooler system has basically been extracted, leaving only a small amount of refrigerant vapor. At this time, you can stop and close the fluorine cylinder valve.
(7) After stopping, observe the recovery of the indicated values of the exhaust pressure gauge and the suction pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge rises until the force gauge rises above 0.098MPa, the fluorine cylinder valve must be reopened and the compressor is started to continue pumping: If the pressure gauge does not rise, it means that there is no liquid refrigerant in the system.
