①There is frost in a certain section of the capillary tube, and the freezer still does not cool after the machine has been shut down for 24 hours. This shows that the system is dirty, and the blockage is generally at the frosted part of the capillary. The capillary tube should be cut off in sections to eliminate the clogged section. Generally, start from about 2 cm at both ends of the capillary frosting part and cut 3 cm each time until the two nozzles discharge the refrigerant evenly, and then the compressor process nozzle fills and discharges the system with nitrogen, such as a large amount of gas at both nozzles Evenly discharged, indicating that the refrigeration pipe is unblocked. At this time, a 4 mm copper tube can be used as a reducing tube to connect the disconnected capillary, blow through the system, replace the dry filter, evacuate, and add refrigerant.
②After shutting down for 24 hours, the machine is re-tested and the machine is cooled normally again, indicating that the capillary is blocked by ice. Cut off the capillary at a distance of about 5 cm from the filter drier to allow gas to be discharged from both ports of the capillary. Open the compressor process tube and install a pressure gauge, blow through the refrigeration pipeline with nitrogen 2 to 3 times, then evacuate, fill with refrigerant, and seal. 【Note】According to experience, the capillary tube should not exceed 50 cm in length, which will not affect the work and performance of the freezer. For old freezers, some capillary tubes can sometimes be cut off to compensate for the lack of compressor exhaust and improve the cooling effect. Insufficient exhaust to improve the cooling effect.
