Failure analysis: Most of the anti-exposure pipes leak or the compressor does not exhaust, and the other refrigeration pipes are leaky. Troubleshooting: Plug in the freezer power supply and run the compressor for 10 minutes to 20 minutes. When it continues to run, open the process nozzle of the compressor and observe the suction and exhaust conditions.
① A large amount of gas is discharged from the process nozzle, indicating that the amount of refrigerant in the system is acceptable, but the compressor does not discharge. Because the compressor process nozzle is of low pressure, it has a suction function instead of a discharge function. Unplug the power supply, weld the compressor exhaust pipe port, and then plug in the power supply to make the compressor run. Press the exhaust pipe port with your fingers. If it is easy to block, it further indicates that the compressor is not exhausted or the exhaust is poor. Replace the compressor of the same model.
②No gas is discharged from the process nozzle, and it feels to suck inward, indicating that the compressor exhaust pipe has a normal suction and exhaust function, that is, the compressor is normal. The anti-dew pipe should be pressured to 1.2MPa first to check for leaks, and then other refrigeration pipes should be pressured to check for leaks as usual. The anti-dew pipe is not used. Connect the condenser and the compressor exhaust pipe: If the condenser and other high-pressure pipelines are leaking, use soapy water to find the leak and repair the welding: If the evaporator leaks, the detachable model For repair welding, the non-removable model is equipped with an evaporator. After the refrigeration system is repaired, perform a blow-through test on the refrigeration pipeline with nitrogen, and then carry out evacuation, filling of refrigerant, test machine, and sealing.
