Ice blocking process: The cause of ice blocking is the presence of moisture in the refrigeration system. The moisture comes from the impure refrigerant and the long opening time of the refrigeration system. First release the refrigerant, open the capillary tube about 5 cm away from the filter (the tube port cannot be blocked), blow nitrogen into the refrigeration system from the compressor process tube port, and discharge it from the two ports of the capillary tube, and use the nitrogen to blow the refrigeration tube A small amount of moisture in the road is taken out, and then replace with a new filter drier.

(3) Diagnosis and treatment of semi-dirty clogging of capillary tube is characterized by uneven frosting on the surface of the evaporator, very little frosting at the back of the evaporator, and slow cooling. The solution is the same as above.

(4) Diagnosis and treatment of capillary welding blockage. The welding blockage is generally at the capillary junction. It is mostly caused by the walk-in cooler capillary inserting too much or too little orifice of the filter drier, directly heating the capillary. Open the capillary tube, filter drier, and compressor process tube with a wire cutter or a tube cutter in turn to release the refrigerant, and then blow the refrigeration pipeline with nitrogen to check the smoothness. For the model with double-tail filter drier, use a tube cutter to open the process tube to deflate, and for the model with single original filter drier, use pliers to damage its main body and deflate. Then weld the original filter drier, replace it with a new filter drier, and then re-insert the capillary tube into the filter drier about 1.5 cm, and finally weld both ends of the filter drier with a welding gun. Although this will damage the filter drier, the refrigerant in the refrigeration pipeline can be discharged through the damaged filter drier.
